Passive Voice of Past Perfect Tense
Introduction
1. Helping Verb "Had Been" is used2. Past Participle is used as a main verb.
3. By is used after the main verb.
Affirmative Sentences
Affirmative sentences start with an object and then, helping verb "Had been" is used. Past participle or 3rd form of the verb used as a main verb."By" is used after the main verb. At the end of the sentence, the subject is used in the objective case.Structure

Negative Sentences
Negative sentences start with an object and then, "Not" is used between helping verbs "Had" and "Been". Past participle or 3rd form of the verb is used. "By" is used after the main verb. At the end of the sentence, the subject is used in the objective case.Structure

The passive voice of the sentences in with who is used, start with the word "By Whom". Helping verb "Had " is used after the word "By whom". Been is used after the object and then past participle or 3rd form of the verb is used as a main verb. The sentences of "By whom" generally ended with the main verb.Structure
